Maca Mulberry Overnight Oats
There is nothing better than having a healthy grab-and-go breakfast that actually tastes good and makes you feel good. This was my first real go at overnight oats and it has quickly become my go-to gluten-free breakfast that is simple to make and full of superfoods. I love to do early morning missions for good snow, a sunrise hike, or early morning surf; but I can never eat that early! Breakfast in a jar is a perfect solution that fits in a cup holder and is still delicious once I have arrived at my adventure of the day.
1 cup gluten-free Scottish Oats (Rolled Oats are great too!)
1 TBS Nativas Chia Seeds
2 tsp Nativas Maca Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS pure maple syrup
1 ¼ cup almond milk
Place the oats, mulberries, chia seeds, maca and cinnamon in a bowl and mix. Add almond milk and maple syrup and stir until incorporated. Transfer into 2 jars with lids. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Grab and go in the morning and get on your way with a happy belly!
