Homemade Chocolate Bar
Making chocolate at home is the best way to avoid refined sugars, preservatives that are usually in chocolate bars. It also gives you the ability to use straight cacao powder, which is unrefined cocoa and is super high in antioxidants that are known to lower risk of several diseases including different kinds of cancer. Make your own chocolate and get all the health benefits, and be able to eat as much as you want…. Even if it is enough to make you sick like Torstein tends to do.
Ingredients:
½ cup melted coconut oil
6 TBS raw cacao powder
4 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS coconut cream
a pinch of salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Pour into a chocolate mold, or a small square baking pan
Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour, or freeze for a half hour
Remove and make any patterns on chocolate if desired
Refrigerate for another hour
EAT CHOCOLATE… its good for you
